based on UNAUDITED statements/accounts. The profit included 1% (of total
expenditure) management fees as income from project execution.
@@ Amount of statutory dues
outstanding includes TDS payable, WCT payable etc. Out of which most of
outstanding amount has been deposited/paid to the Government by 7th
of the following month.
# As on quarter ending 31.12.2008, there were five functional Directors
on the Board of RVNL including MD, one Government nominee Director i.e.ME/Railway
Board & Chairman RVNL. The posts of four independent Directors are vacant from
04.10.2008 and the nomination of AM(W)/Railway Board i.e. another Government
nominee Director on the Board is awaited from Railway Board.
