Mr. Vishwesh Chaubey, an officer of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (1980 batch) has taken over as the Director (Projects) of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL) on 24th November, 2004. Mr. Chaubey has immense experience on the Indian Railways. In his career of about 20 years on the Indian Railways, he has held prestigious positions which include Chief Engineer (Construction) at Mumbai and Ahmedabad. He has completed various gauge conversion, new line and doubling works. He has also been associated with execution of Railway projects with private participation and successfully completed such works. While working as Jt. Director/RSDO, Lucknow, he played a significant role by providing technical support to Railways during conceptualization of uni-gauge policy of Railways. As Director (Projects) he will make immense contribution to Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd.
