Appointment of Director(Personnel) Rail Vikas Nigam Limited
Shri Anil Kumar Gulati, an officer of Indian Railway Personnel Service (1983 Civil Service Exam.) has taken over as Director(Personnel) of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited on 25th November,2004. Shri Gulati holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Post Graduate Degree in Law, Management and Philosophy of Social Sciences. Shri Gulati had served as a Dy. Secretary/Director in Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India during 1996-2001 whwrwafter he took over as Dy. Genral Manager (Law) on Northern Railway. Before joining Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, Shri Gulati has worked as Chief Personnel Officer on South Western Railway, Southern Railway and Northern Railway. Shri Gulati has participated in several National and International Conferences/Workshops/Projects on Education, Environment and Personnel Management in India, Japan, Australia, Belgium, France, Norway, Thailand, Indonesia, Kenya, Columbia and the United States of America. He is a Corporate Member of National Institute of Personnel Management. |
